"I dropped off my 5x7 shag rug on a Monday and got a call saying it was ready that Wednesday! It is a roughly used rug that has gone through many dogs. Recently what prompted a professional cleaning was when one of the dogs we were watching threw up multiple times on this rug and I spot cleaned it, but it definitely needed more! I wasn't expecting any miracles but it looks brand new!! I didn't even remember it had those lighter stripes in the pattern. And they offered a great price! I'd never been here, found them on Google. This place is huge on the inside and has tons of rugs for sale too! Really cool place and very nice people!"

My room size area rugs look brand new after being cleaned! The service was amazing and timely. Not only did they pick up and drop off but they put the rugs in the rooms even moving furniture to get them where I wanted them. I highly recommend this company.

They cleaned a rug I have that was 20 yrs old and has never been professionally cleaned. It has been thru three large dogs and too many grandkids to count. The results were more than I could have ever hoped. Thank you!

They are super quick and so convenient! I’ve used them twice. Once to clean a real cow hide rug after my apartment flooded. They did an amazing job with it! Such nice staff as well!

I stopped in to see if they had any cleaner that would be suitable for my sheepskin rug, as my dog marked on it and it turned from a plush white rug to a terrible neon yellow eye sore. Rather than try to sell me on a service with a limited success rate - the shopkeeper told me they would just treat the stain with hydrogen peroxide in the sunlight and that the likelihood of success was about 50%. I greatly appreciated his honesty and expertise. I look forward to an opportunity to spend money at his store next time I find myself in need of a rug.

Murphy Rug cleaners did an excellent job cleaning my rugs. Service was first rate and done in a few days! I count on them every year to clean all my wool rugs.
